Please join us for our Brewing Knowledge series spotlighting Grief & the Holidays.
The holiday season is a time of joy, togetherness, and celebration for many, but it can also be a challenging and emotional time for those who are grieving. Ecumen Hospice Bereavement Coordinator, Birdie Cunningham, MA and Ecumen Music Therapist, Theresa Arlien, MT-BC will show us ways to care for ourselves as we navigate the holidays. You’ll learn helpful ways to honor your loved one while creating new traditions without them
